residents again! Please use the Live Tracking feature above to follow Santa.

If our tracker temporarily goes down due to any pesky polar bears, please "bear" with us!

Elves will be on duty at the North Pole during the event to answer any questions.

Sometimes naughty elves start the factory machinery on fire while making toys.

If an incident occurs, Santa may have to deviate from his route temporarily or 

all-together depending on what caught fire.
